    Elisabetta Consonni | Ti voglio un bene pubblico

    Ti voglio un bene pubblico is a urban game that reflects on infrastructures such as gates, walls, fences. The article of the civil code that regulates the construction of fences to define private property is called “ius excludendi alios”, which means ‘determine your property by excluding the other’. When does a wall stop protecting and begin to exclude and segregate? When a public place is closed by a fence, in which way it can be considered public?

    Berlin, Nevada (UK) | Still Night

    Inspired by the novel of Italo Calvino Invisible Cities, in Still Night the city is the protagonist.
    From Athens to Yokohama, from Brisbane to London, the city becomes a bridge, where real places mix with imaginary perspectives, until the space in which the show takes place disappears, and the real and the fantastic merge together. Still Night brings together studies on architecture, site-specific work and artistic research focused on audience engagement.

    Yao Liao (TW/DE) | By mushrooms

    By Mushrooms tests the boundaries between the viewer and the viewed. It portrays a surreal image by inviting the public to wear a mushroom mask and listen to a soundscape. There’s neither a stage nor a rehearsal; this piece walks the audience back into everyday life and celebrates the performativity of being. No one realises themselves as a performance – unless they are seen with a mushroom head.
