Annalisa Limardi wins the call “NON ADDOMESTICABILI”

Annalisa Limardi wins the grant NON ADDOMESTICABILI 2024 with the project NO. This marks the beginning of a journey for her involving residencies and public presentations.

Born in 1997, Annalisa Limardi is the artist winner of the 2024 edition of NON ADDOMESTICABILI, a grant supported by Centro Servizi Santa Chiara di Trento, ariaTeatro ETS, and Pergine Festival. She embarks on a residency journey between Trento and Pergine. She will be on stage with an initial study in April during the upcoming Bellandi Festival. At Pergine Festival 2024, she will officially debut with the completed work.

In the NO project, Annalisa Limardi explores the difficulty of recognizing, expressing, and defending personal and intimate boundaries. Limardi confronts the pressing demands of the external world, symbolized by a microphone, representing and amplifying the faculty of speech. In a crescendo of questions, the performer finds herself unable to express consent, becoming a victim of questions transformed into unanswered demands. In this state of limitation, the performer finds the strength to actively take control, transforming from a passive object to a subject that resonates with her own voice.

Annalisa Limardi is a young dancer and actress of Milanese origins. She begins her studies at the Academy of Contemporary Dance at the Civica Scuola di Teatro Paolo Grassi, delving into her movement quality. After graduating in 2018, she expands her skills by attending the two-year course for actors at Teatro della Pergola. In 2020, after graduation, she debuts in Paris at Théâtre de la Ville with the show “Interno-Esterno,” directed by Charles Chemin. In 2023, she is the protagonist of the show “Cenerentola Remix,” directed by Fabio Cherstich, staged at Teatro India.
