Winners of the Open /// Contemporary Creation 2016 Competition
The artistic committee of Open /// Contemporary Creation 2016 composed of Cristina Pietrantonio (Festival artistic director of Pergine Spettacolo Aperto), Carla Esperanza Tommasini (administrator of the Open project / area of artistic design Festival Pergine Spettacolo Aperto), Franco Calabretto (artistic director of Mittelfest), Giacomo Bianchi (chairman of Arte Sella) and Rosa Scapin (director of Opera Festival Veneto) is proud to officially announce the winners of the competition Open /// Contemporary Creation 2016.
The committee evaluated 150 projects this year, from all over the national territory, selecting four proposals. The names of the winners are:
Glen Çaçi (Ancona)
Effetto Larsen (Milano)
Manimotò (Venezia)
Andrea Fontanari (Prize only for artists living in Trentino Alto-Adige)
Their projects will be presented in the next Festival’s edition, which will take place from July 1st to July 9th and will be dedicated to the theme of the crisis.
